  1. 2 cups atta (whole wheat flour)
  2. to taste salt
  3. puree of one small beetroot
  4. 1 tbsp oil to knead
  5. 1/2 cup paneer, mashed
  6. 2 green chilies, chopped
  7. pinch salt
  8. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  10. 2-3 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  11. Aa needed oil to deep fry
  12. as needed any side dish to serve

Step-step making Easy Stuffed Beetroot Paneer Poori Recipes

  1. In a bowl, combine atta, salt, oil and beetroot puree. Knead in to a dough by adding water in case required. Cover and keep aside with regard to an hour.

  2. In another bowl, mix together the mashed paneer, salt, chilli’s, coriander leaves, chilli powder and cumin powder. Keep aside.

  3. Divide into equal portions. Roll out each portion into a small circle. Place 1-2 tsp. of the paneer stuffing in the centre and bring all the edges together to seal it firmly.

  4. Flatten it and roll out into a shape of a poori. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them one at a time till they puff up. Transfer to a kitchen towel and serve them very hot with any side dish.
