  2. 1 box raw noodles
  3. 1 litre drinking water

  5. 2-3 teaspoons sesame oil
  6. Hakka Noodles

  8. 3 teaspoon Garlic paste
  9. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  10. 1 teaspoon Natural chilli paste
  11. 1 Onion chopped
  12. 0.25 cup Cabbage disposed
  13. 1/4 cup Capsicum sliced
  14. 2 tablespoons Carrot chopped
  15. 2 tablespoons Coffee beans chopped
  16. 1 tablespoon Green onions chopped finely
  17. Salt because per taste
  18. 1 tsp Pepper powder
  19. 1/2 teaspoon Soya sauce
  20. 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar
  21. 1/2 tsp Red chilli spices
  22. 1/2 nugget Maggi veg masala

Step-step making Easy Authentic Veg-Hakka Noodles Recipes

  1. Heat water in a pan. Add salt and 1 teaspoon oil plus dip raw noodles in the very hot water.

  2. Cook for five minutes. Strain the noodles, rinse below cold water 3-4 times. Sprinkle essential oil and coat noodles.

  3. Heat oil and add garlic, ginger and chilli paste.
