  1. 1 cup khoya/mawa
  2. 1 cup roasted chickpea (bhuni Chana Dal)
  3. 1 cup grated jaggery
  4. 1/4 tsp nutmeg natural powder
  5. 8-10 green cardamoms
  6. 2 – 3 tsp desicatted coconut
  7. 2 – 3 tsp ghee

Step-step making Easy Chana Barfi Recipes

  1. Grind Chana Dal in Mixer mill.

  2. Heat ghee in a new wok. Roast khoya until golden dark brown.

  3. Add jaggery, chana dal powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder. Mixture all properly. Stir continuously until entire mixture leaves the sides of wok.

  4. Sauces tray with ghee. Transfer mixture found in tray. Spread it evenly with spatula. Garnish coconut powder. Cut into precious stone pieces.

  5. Rest it for 1-2 hrs. Provide instant Chana Barfi.
