  1. 250 gary sliced pork

  4. 2 tbsp. of sesame oil
  5. 1/4 pot Sake
  6. 1/4 cup Mirin (Japanese sweet Sake)
  7. a couple of tablespoon Dashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  8. 1 tablespoon sugar
  9. 1-2 tablespoon Miso

  1. Cut Daikon and red onion pork.

  2. Fry with sesame oil, then add red onion and Daikon.

  3. Time with Sake, Mirin and Dashi powder. If you don’t include Sake and Mirin, you can easily use 1/2 cup water alternatively of them.

  4. Handle the pan and cook intended for 15-20 minuets till the Daikon softened.

  5. Put sweets and miso.

  6. Decoration with green onion.
