  2. 2 mugs Water for boiling rice
  3. Salt
  4. Essential oil
  5. 3/4 goat meat
  6. .25 tsp Cayenne pepper
  7. .25 tsp black pepper
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  9. one tsp dark brown glucose
  10. 1 tsp ginger
  11. one tsp salt
  12. 1 teaspoon paprika
  13. 1 tsp dried Rosemary
  14. 1/2 cup cooking cream
  15. 1/4 cup water(add if the gravy is definitely too thick)
  16. Bunch coriander
  17. 2 Mixed bell spice up (red n green
  18. 1 TBS tomato paste

  1. Sort and clean the rice, Boil until cooked and set aside.

  2. Prepare spices for marinating meat

  3. Prepare your meat and marinate with the above spices for 30minutes

  4. Heat the pan in medium heat, add a tbsp oil and put the meat and let it brown on both sides 3 mins each

  5. Add onions, fresh minced garlic n toss a few minutes then add coriader stems, green bell pepper.

  6. Add pureed tomatoes and tomato paste let them Cook for 3-5mins in low medium heat.

  7. Add cooking cream n reduce heat Cook covered for 30mins. Keep checking to ensure the cream does not dry out completely. Lastly Add 1/4 cup water if need be.

  8. Cut the remaining bell pepper into small piece’s and mix in the cooked rice and serve.

  9. To the goat meat add coriader leaves mix in and serve with rice
