  7. 1 cup green gram seedlings
  8. 1 medium onion sliced
  9. 1/2 tea spoons ginger garlic herb paste
  10. .5 teaspoon amchur

  12. 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder
  13. 1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  14. 1/2 teaspooon chilli powder
  15. pinch garam masala powder
  16. olive oil as required for padding and paratha

  1. For filling: Take oil in kadai add onions with salt turmeric, hing, ginger garlic paste and cook well. Then add the sprouts and cook well with all the masala and with salt. Switch off the flame and add chopped pudina and close it to help it cook in heat. keep aside.

  2. For Dough: First warm the water then add oil and salt to it then add the atta and mix with fork for crumbly texture. After half hour mix with greased hands to get a soft dough.

  3. Take a small ball make the center thick and corners thin and make space for the stuffing then add the stuffing and roll with light hands do not press too much, dust flour if stuffing comes out. Now put it on a hot tawa and cook on both sides with oil. Serve with curds.
