Easy Oysters Rockefeller Recipes

The ingredients Easy Oysters Rockefeller Recipes

  1. 3 number of oysters
  2. 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  3. 1 cup minced shallots
  4. 4 oz spinach leaves, chopped (about 6 cups)
  5. 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley (I use stems plus all)
  6. 3/4 cup panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
  7. 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  8. 2 green onions, chopped
  9. Lemon wedges

Step-step making Easy Oysters Rockefeller Recipes

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.

In a medium pot or skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Whenever all butter is melted, saute shallots until translucent.

  2. Add spinach and parsley and preserve sauteing until spinach is wilted.

  3. Add panko, Parmesan cheese, and green onions and stir and fold to thoroughly combine.

  4. While your mixture’s chilling, shuck your oysters and set them on a foil lined broiler skillet. I find the slots in the broiler pan help hold the oysters in place.

  5. Top each oyster with somewhere between 1 to 2 Tablespoons associated with topping, depending on size.

  6. Roast for 6 to 8 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the oysters have just plumped. (Forgot this picture!: D)

  7. Serve with lime wedges – I highly recommend the good squeeze on each oyster — and enjoy!
