The ingredients for making Easy Cinnamon Sugar Palmers Recipes

  1. 1 piece Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry, thawed but cold
  2. 1 ^2 cup granulated sugar
  3. 3/4 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  4. 1/8 tablespoon salt
  5. granulayed sugar for dusting
  6. 1 large egg, mixed with 1 tbsp. of water (egg wash)

Step-step making Cinnamon Sugar Palmers

  1. In a bowl whisk together sugars, cinnamon and salt

  2. Line a baking page with parchment paper. Preheat the stove to 400

  3. Dust work surface with granulated sugar. Place puff pastry sheet on work surface, spread surface with some cinnamon sugar combination to cover surface anout 3 1/2 tablespoons, press sugar mixture in by rolling with a rolling pin.

  10. Pinch middle of each biscuit to adhere gently

  11. Place 2 inches apart on prepared pan, bake about 10 to 14 minutes until golden, cautiously turn over with a spatula and cook about 4 more minutes

  12. Transfer to parchment lined wire racks to amazing. The parchment will keep them from sticking to the wire racks.
