  1. 1 mug poha (pressed rice)
  2. one cup murmure
  3. 1 mug raw cornflakes
  4. 1/2 mug peanuts
  5. 20-25 raisins
  6. 10-12 cashews
  7. one tsp saunf (fennel seeds)
  8. For masala
  9. to flavor Salt
  10. to taste Red chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1 tsp sugar powder
  13. 1 tsp mango powder
  14. 1 tsp Chat masala
  15. as required Oil for fry

Step-step making Easy Khatta Meetha Poha chivda Recipes

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai. As soon as oil heated deep fry peanuts until golden brown. Transfer in to large vessel.

  2. Add all elements of masala in a bowl. Combine well.

  3. Sprinkle some masala on peanuts.

  4. Now smolder poha and corn flakes. Sprinkle several masala. Remove remaining oil from kadhai.

  5. Pour 1 tbsp olive oil in same kadhai. Add fennel seed products, raisins, cashews in oil. Saute regarding a minute. Add murmure. Saute this till light brown. Now add staying masala in murmure.
