1 mug raw cornflakes

1/2 mug peanuts

20-25 raisins

10-12 cashews

one tsp saunf (fennel seeds)

For masala

to flavor Salt

to taste Red chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp sugar powder
-
1 tsp mango powder
-
1 tsp Chat masala

as required Oil for fry
Step-step making Easy Khatta Meetha Poha chivda Recipes

Heat oil in a kadhai. As soon as oil heated deep fry peanuts until golden brown. Transfer in to large vessel.

Add all elements of masala in a bowl. Combine well.

Sprinkle some masala on peanuts.

Now smolder poha and corn flakes. Sprinkle several masala. Remove remaining oil from kadhai.

Pour 1 tbsp olive oil in same kadhai. Add fennel seed products, raisins, cashews in oil. Saute regarding a minute. Add murmure. Saute this till light brown. Now add staying masala in murmure.
