  1. two cup maida
  2. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cup semolina
  4. 4-5 tsp ghee
  5. 0.5 teaspoon crushed dark pepper
  6. 1/2 teaspoon crushed cumin seeds
  7. 1/2 teaspoon smashed carom seeds
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. As needed Essential oil for deep frying

Step-step making Easy Farsi Poori Recipes

  1. Take a mixing bowl add all flours, all masala, salt and ghee. Mix it well like crumbles.

  2. Now add little water and make tight dough. Keep it for 15 min.

  3. After 15 min. Add 1tsp oil and make the dough smooth. Now make small balls out of the Dough.

  4. Take the rolling pin. Roll one by one poori and keep it for a dry on cloth.

  5. Take a deep pan. Put oil on medium heat. Fry all pooris. Served with hot tea or coffee
