  1. Cadbury batter:
  2. 70 gr unsalted butter (room temperature)
  3. 100 gr Cadbury Chocolate (melted)
  4. 75 gr granulated sugar
  5. 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  6. 1 pinch salt
  7. 1/2 tbs cocoa powder
  8. 1 large egg
  9. 45 gr all purpose flour
  10. Green tea batter:
  11. 70 gr unsalted butter (room temperature)
  12. one hundred gr white chocolate (melted)
  13. 75 gr granulated sugars
  14. 1/2 tsp vanilla fact
  15. 1 pinch salt
  16. 1/2 tbs green tea powder
  17. 1 large egg
  18. 45 gr all purpose blossom

Step-step making Green Tea Cadbury Marble Fudgy Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F or 180C. Spray an 8 by 8 inch square pan with non stick cooking spray or grease it with butter and lay the bottom with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl cream together the sugar and butter until fluffy, and the color change into a bit pale. Add the egg, and vanilla essence. Beat until all combined.

  3. Add the melted chocolate and whisk.

  4. Add the dry ingredients and mix everything together until its incorporated but dont over mix them.

  5. In the other bowl, do the same method for the green tea batter

  6. After all of the batters have been prepared, pour the cadbury batter into the prepared pan first (save 1/4 of the batter for the third layer), and next followed by the green tea batter on the top of the chocolate batter. Scoop the rest of the chocolate batter using a spoon and put them in a row above the green tea batter.

  7. Swirl them to make the marble pattern using a bread knife

  8. Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until when a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with moist crumbs but not wet batter.

  9. Cool for about 5 minutes in the pan and then transfer them to a cooling rack to cool completely. Cut into bars and serve.
