Easy Mongolian Beef with Shirataki Noodles Recipes

The ingredients for making Easy Mongolian Beef with Shirataki Noodles Recipes

  1. 1 lb sirloin tip steak, cut into thin strips
  2. 1/4 c low-sodium soy sauce
  3. 1 T dry sherry
  4. 1 tsp sesame oil
  5. 1 T coconut flour
  6. 1 T brown sugar
  7. 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  8. 2 whole dried red Chile peppers
  9. 3-4 T coconut oil
  10. 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  11. 1 (8 oz) pkg Shirataki noodles

Step-step making Mongolian Beef with Shirataki Noodles

  1. In medium bowl, combine soy spices, sherry, sesame oil, coconut flour, dark brown sugar, crushed red pepper and entire chile peppers. Add in beef in addition to coat well. Refrigerate 15 min.

  2. In skillet, heat 1 Capital t oil. Add onion and cook till tender. Remove from onions and established aside.

  3. In same frying pan, heat 2 T of oil. Include beef mixture and saute until grilled through. Stir in onions and noodles.
