  1. 2 big onions
  2. 1 small piece of ginger
  3. 3-4 pods garlic
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  7. to flavor Salt
  8. 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  9. 2 Pure tomatoes
  10. 1 tablespoon curd
  11. As needed Essential oil

Step-step making Easy Soy chap Recipes

  1. In a pan boil chopped onions and ginger and garlic for 10 min
    Once they are done grind them and form a paste

  2. Grind tomatoes to form pure

  3. In a pressure cooker take just one spoon oil add zeera to it

  4. Now add turmeric powder in that oil so that it gets cooked well and doesn’t give raw taste

  5. Add red chilli powder
