  8. two tea mugs Pineapple (chopped)
  9. 2 Bananas (chopped)
  10. one Avocado (chopped)
  11. 1 Mango (chopped)
  12. 1 tea cup Nuts (walnuts, pistachios, pine nuts and pecans)
  13. Cream:
  14. two hundred and fifty ml two hundred and fifty ml Whip Cream
  15. two tbsp Castor Sugar
  16. 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

  1. Custard: Pour milk, evaporated milk, sugar and custard powder in a pot and beat well then keep on flame Let it boil keep on stirring to avoid lumps
    When very thick remuv from flame, add cream and whisk then cover it with cling film

    Fruits and Nuts:
    Mix well and lay on a casserole

    Beat well cream just before forming peaks add castor glucose and essence and beat till highs formed
