2 tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste

Take Chaap and Boil in water for 5 minutes. Remove from water and dry with Kitchen towel.

Take bowl Add All components except Maida, cornflour, cornflakes and Chaap.

Mix well them after that add Chaap for merinate for atleast 2 hours in refrigerator.

Take maida and cornflour mix nicely and add some salt and black pepper. make batter with water.

Take Marinated chaap dip within bater and cover with cornflakes 1 by one. Put in refrigerator with regard to half an hour.

Get hot oil and fry the chaap one by one medium flame. Whenever it’s colour is brown remove through oil and put on tissue papers and sprinkle the Chaat masala.
