  1. 1 mug couscous
  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. 1/2 tsp each chilli, pepper and turmeric dust
  4. 1-1/2 cup chicken share
  5. Handful pine nuts
  6. Small number dried cranberries
  7. Handful sunflower seeds
  8. 1/2 cup any cooked beans
  9. 10 slices salami shredded or any kind of meat of your choice
  10. 1 bulb romaine lettuce shredded

  1. In a new hot pan add a new tbsp of oil, put spices, stock and deliver to a boil, switch heat low, stir inside couscous, add beans, blend, turn heat off, deal with pan and let that sit for 15 mins. Fluff couscous with a new fork and let that cool

  2. Make pine nuts, once couscous is cooled, mix inside nuts, cranberries, salami in addition to lettuce. Enjoy!!
