  1. 500 gms any fish of your choice
  2. 1 cup coconut milk
  3. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 large and 2 tomatoes onion pureed
  5. Salt, pepper and chilli powder as per taste
  6. 1 tsp coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  8. 1 tsp tamarind paste (optional)
  9. Water as required

  1. In a sauce pan mix together with each other onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, coconut whole milk, coriander, chilli and pepper powder, include water to obtain the desired uniformity
