  1. 1/2 kilogram minced chicken
  2. 1/2 kilogram rice
  3. 1 green bell pepper
  4. 1 yellow bell pepper
  5. 1 red bell pepper
  6. 2 eggs
  7. Pinch salt
  8. just one bunch dhania
  9. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  10. 1 teaspoon white pepper
  11. 1 tbsp paprika
  12. 1 carrot

Step-step making Easy Chicken Stuffed Rice Balls Recipes

  1. Soak rice in water for 1 hour. Chop veggies, chop garlic and dhania finely

  2. Add minced chicken in bowl together with red, yellow and green bell peppers, salt, black and white pepper, grated carrots, dhania, paprika and garlic

  3. Add beaten egg into the chicken mixture and mix thoroughly

  4. Drain the rice and add in grated carrots and dhania, mix well

  5. Oil your hands. Scoop medium sized round chunks of the chicken combination and form into round balls

  6. Dip the chicken mixture into the rice combination and coat well. Press gently so the rice mixture is evenly coated on the chicken balls

  7. Repeat until all the poultry balls are coated with the rice mixture

  8. Set up the rice balls on a mettalic sieve. We will be steaming them

  9. Pour water in a large sufuria the same size as the sieve. Place the sieve with the rice balls on top of the sufuria with the water and cover with a lid

  10. On medium high heat steam the rice tennis balls until both the rice and minced chicken is cooked through

  11. To be sure chicken and rice is cooked the rice should have “porcupine” like spikes on top

  12. Serve over a bed of lettuce
