  1. 2 tbsp roasted and powdered rolled oats
  2. 1/2 cup urad dal (split black lentils)
  3. to taste salt
  4. 1/4 cup green moong dal (split green gram)
  5. 1/4 tsp baking natural powder
  6. 1/2 tsp oil to get greasing
  7. 1/4 cups less fat curds (dahi)
  8. to taste salt
  9. Other Substances
  10. two 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
  11. 2 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

Step-step making Easy Fibrous Dahi vadas Recipes

  1. Wash and soak the urad dal and moong dal overnight in enough water.

  2. Next day, drain and blend inside a mixer to a smooth insert using cup of water.

  3. Transfer into the deep bowl, cover with a cover plus keep aside to ferment for a few to 4 hours.

  4. Add the powdered oats, salt and baking powder and mix well.

  5. Grease the appe moulds with tsp of oil plus pour approx. 1 tbsp of the batter into each mould.

  6. Cover with the lid and cook on the medium flame for 3 to 4 moments or till they turn fantastic brownish in colour.

  7. Turn every vada upside down using the fork and cook on the some other part on a medium flame for an additional 2 to 3 more minutes or till they turn golden brown within colour.

  8. Repeat steps to make more vadas in 2 more batches.

  9. Soak the vadas in enough water in the deep bowl for 20 minutes.

  10. Thereafter, squeeze away all the water from each vada by pressing them in among your own palms. Keep aside.

  11. Assembling

    Place vadas upon a serving plate and spread mug of salted curds over them.

  12. Sprinkle tsp of cumin seed products powder and tsp of chilli natural powder over it.
