  1. 1 cup bajre ka atta / pearl millet flour
  2. 3/4 cup grated jaggery
  3. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  4. 2 tsp fennel seeds
  5. 2 tsp ginger powder
  6. 2 tbsp clarified butter / ghee
  7. Water as required
  8. Clarified butter for cooking
  9. 4-5 chopped cashew nuts for garnishing

Step-step making Easy Gud bajre ki roti Recipes

  1. First in a pot, add one cup water, now add grated jaggery and cardamom powder. Put it upon medium flame and cook it ungli jaggery desolves. Turn off the fire. Let it cool until lukewarm.

  2. Now inside a big bowl, add bajre ka atta (pearl millet flour), dry ginger powder, fennel seeds and 2 tbsp clarified butter. Mix all Ingredients very well.. Mix all ingredients well.

  3. Now add jeggery water little by little and help to make a dough.

  4. Now take small portion associated with dough and make a ball, right now take butter paper, put this golf ball on it now cover it along with another butter paper and roll this particular ball with roller pin and create roti shape.

  5. Now take a pan, plus put this roti on it. Prepare this roti from both sides upon low flame by using clarified butter. repeat this process with remaining money and make more rotis.

  6. Gud wali bajre ki roti is ready enjoy along with some chopped cashew nuts.
