  5. one tsp cumin seed products
  6. 2 onions finely chopped

  10. 3 tbsp essential oil
  11. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1 tsp coriander powder
  13. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  14. 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
  15. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  16. 2 tomatoes purée
  17. ten cashew paste
  18. 1 tbsp kasuri methi crushed
  19. to flavor Salt
  20. because needed Coriander results in to garnish
  21. 1/2 tsp sugar

Step-step making Easy Dhaba Style Egg Masala Recipes

  1. Boil eggs in hot water.

  2. Heat 1tblsp oil in some sort of pan. Add pinch of turmeric talc, red chilli powder, coriander powder together with salt. Mix well.

  3. Put boiled eggs and saute at channel flame for 2minutes. Keep them away.

  4. Heat oil in a further pan. Add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon together with cumin seeds. Saute for an instant at medium flame.

  5. Insert chopped onions and cook till that they turn golden brown.

  6. Put ginger garlic paste, cook them very well.

  7. Then add turmeric talc, coriander powder, cumin powder, black tear gas powder, Kashmiri mirch powder, green chillies and garam masala powder. Also put salt and sugar and mix that well.

  8. Add tomato blend and cashew paste. Cook it to get few minutes until oil starts accomodating at the top.

  9. Subsequently add 1 cup water and permit it come to boil. Then put eggs and mix properly.

  10. Add crushed kasuri methi and coriander leaves.

  11. Cook at medium flame with some sort of covered lid for 5 minutes. Combination once and serve it hot having rice or roti.
