  1. 1/2 cup green peas
  2. 1/4 cup chopped french beans
  3. 1 chopped capsicum (small)
  4. 100 g Paneer cubes
  5. 200 g spinach leaves
  6. 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
  7. 3-4 green chillies
  8. 2 Tomatoes
  9. 1 onion
  10. 8-10 cashew nuts
  11. 7-8 garlic cloves
  12. 3-4 tablespoon Oil
  13. to taste Salt
  14. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  15. 1 tablespoon kitchen king masala

Step-step making Easy Veg. Green Recipes

  1. Wash and blanch spinach leaves within boiling water with pinch of sodabicarb and little sugar for 2 moments. Then strain water. Grind blanched kale leaves with coriander leaves and natural chillies and make smooth paste.

  2. Grind onion, cashew nuts plus garlic cloves with little water plus make smooth paste.

  3. Work tomatoes and make puree.

  4. Boil green peas and french coffee beans in enough water.

  5. Within a pan heat oil.

  6. Add prepared onion-garlic-cashewnut paste. Saute until oil seperates on low flame.

  7. Add tomato puree, capsicum and saute for occasionally.

  8. Include red chilli powder and kitchen ruler masala and mix well.

  9. Add prepared kale paste, salt and approximate 1/2 mug water. Mix it.

  10. Add boiled green peas, french beans and paneer cubes. Put approximate 1/2 cup water, mix good, cover with lid and simmer with regard to 3-4 minutes.

  11. Veg. green is ready in order to serve. Enjoy with makkai roti or even paratha.
