  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 1/2 cups fine semolina (rava)
  3. 2 tbsps gram flour
  4. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp salt ( or according to taste
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. 1/4 tsp citric acid
  8. 2 tsp sugar
  9. Handful cilantro(coriander leaves) cut fine,
  10. 4 tbsps sprouted moong
  11. to taste lemon juice
  12. 2 tbsp olive oil (or any other oil)
  13. plain yogurt as required to make thick batter

  1. Dry roast the one minute oats in a heavy bottomed pan in medium to medium high heat stimulating continuously until it turns creamy/light darkish. Keep aside to cool for some sort of few minutes.

  2. In the meanwhile dry beef roasts the semolina on medium to low to medium high heat for 3-4 minutes stimulating continuously, then remove from heat together with keep aside to cool.
