  1. 2 precooked Roasted Chicken breasts
  2. one bag Mixed Greens Salad
  3. 4-5 Chestnut Mushrooms
  4. 200 Grams Mini Plum Tomato vegetables
  5. Olive Oil Spray
  6. Lime Juice
  7. Little bunch of thin Spring Onions

Step-step making Easy Roasted Chicken and Spring Onions, with Lime and Oil dressing, served in a Green Salad Recipes

  1. Wash Salad if required, and remove. Tear by hand into smaller portions. (hand-tear prevents browning) place in a large bowl.

  2. Chop Mushrooms into mini- bite sized pieces, put to bowl.

  3. Slice miniature tomatoes into about 4 slices every single and add to bowl.

  4. Peel outer leaves from Spring Onions and slice into mini rings. Put to bowl and then spray every little thing and mix until all is lustrous.

  5. Slice now chop chicken into mini-bite sized portions, add to bowl. Spray with Oil and drizzle with Lime Juice. Combination, and add more Lime and Oil to taste. Enjoy!!
