  2. 1 bunch organic parsley
  3. 1 head garlic, finely minced
  4. 3/4 tsp salt
  5. 1 tsp onion powder, optional

  1. Soften butter in room temperature until fork can easily cut through.

  2. Rinse parsley in running water and pad dry as much as possible or let it air dry for a few hours.

  3. Mince parsley finely and add into the butter.

  4. Mince garlic finely and add into the mixture. Season it with salt and spices.

  5. Store in jars or roll it up in a large parchment paper. Freezer storage could last two to three months. Refrigerator storage could keep it fresh for about a month.
