  1. 400 gms chicken

  3. 1 tsp ginger paste

  5. 7-8 cashewnuts
  6. 1 tbsp sesame seed products or charamgaz
  7. 3 tbsp fresh cream or malai
  8. 4 tbsp curd
  9. 1 bunch coriander leaves
  10. 1 pinch saffron
  11. 3 cardamoms
  12. 4 cloves
  13. 1 small stick cinnamon
  14. 2 tsp black pepper
  15. 4-5 green chillies
  16. 1 tbsp crushed kasoori methi
  17. 1 tsp garam masala
  18. 4 tbsp refined oil
  19. 1 tbsp ghee
  20. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  21. To taste salt
  22. 1 tsp chat masala

Step-step making Easy Chicken Afghani Recipes

  1. Marinate chicken with lemon juice, sodium and black pepper for 30 a few minutes. Make a paste of cashewnuts, sesame, 2 green chillies, curd, onion and even 2 tbsp chopped coriander.
