  5. 1/2 tea spoons lemon juice
  6. 1/2 tea spoons Red Chilli Powder or even as per the taste
  7. 1 Crunch Pepper Powder
  8. 1/4 tea spoons Salt or to Tastes
  9. 1 cup Olive Petrol for shallow Frying

  12. 1 teaspoon cilantro leaves

Step-step making Easy Creamy Spicy Cajun Baby Potatoes Recipes

  1. Firstly make the Dip for the Cajun Potatoes
    Mix together the eggless mayonnaise Cajun Spice Mix, lemon juice, chopped onions, Pepper and Salt and set aside.

  2. Preparing the baby Potatoes
    Scrub the baby potatoes and wash them thoroughly to get rid of any dirt.

  3. Boil or pressure cook the baby potatoes (with skin) in salted water till just tender or 3/4th done.
    Let the potatoes cool.

  4. Using a heavy spoon or your palms, squash each baby potato till the skin just splits.

  5. In a shallow pan, heat about 2 teaspoons of olive oil and shallow fry the baby potatoes 5-6 at a time switching them occasionally until they become gold and crisp on all sides

  6. Take out and about on a plate with a placed place, to drain all excess oil.

  7. Organise the particular baby potatoes in a plate in addition to drizzle a generous amount of ready cajun sauce or dip on every potato, sprinkle chilli flakes, garnish together with cilantro and serve immediately.
