  5. Frosting:
  6. 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  7. 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  8. 3 cups powdered sugar
  9. 1/3 cup milk

  1. Set oven to 350. Mix almost all cake Ingredients well then pour in to well greased cake pan. I used a bundt pan. Bake about 25-30 mins.

  2. To make the frosting, soften butter and mix with cocoa powder. Add powdered sugar and milk and mix well. Use to frost completely cooled cake.
