  1. half of kg grated lauki
  2. 1/2 tsp jeera
  3. 2 tbsp sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon ghee
  5. quarter tsp citric chemical p (or 1/2 tsp lemon juice)
  6. to taste salt
  7. 1/2 red chilli powder
  8. a couple of tbsp almond flakes (and 1 tsp for garnishing)

  1. IN A pan heat the ghee add jerra and roast lokky for 5 minutes

  2. Now add sugar and cook for 2 minutes. now add salt, chilly powder, almond flakes, and citric acid and mix well. cook for 2 minutes again and serve as compliment with any type of pranatha… Happy cooking
