The ingredients for making Easy Macaroni & Cheese Recipes

  1. 1/4 pot unsalted butter
  2. 1/4 pot all-purpose flour
  3. 1 pot milk (I used skim)
  4. 2 cup heavy ointment
  5. 1/2 tsp kosher sodium
  6. 2 cup shredded Cheddar or Colby Jack
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  8. 1 lb, pasta, cooked (cavatapppi, shells, or perhaps elbow)

Step-step making Macaroni & Cheese

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions while making the sauce. Drain and set apart until ready to use.

  2. In the large pot on medium higher heat, add butter until melted. Whisk in the flour plus cook for about one moment. Reduce heat to medium plus add milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Continue whisking until it begins to bubble. Reduce to low and add whitened cheddar. Stir until melted.

  3. Add prepared pasta, stirring until combined. Eliminate from heat and allow to sit about 5 minutes to thicken. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired. TAKE PLEASURE IN.
