3 personal computers (l/s) Fish Fillet

four Potatoes (peeled and cubed)

3 eggs

1 tsp Garlic paste

1 tsp Salt

Lime juice

1 tsp Turmeric powder

Additional:

4 tsp Green chillies (pounded)

one tsp Jeera powder
-
0.5 bunch Coriander leaves (chopped)

1/4 bunch Mint results in (pounded)

Lemon juice (as required)

oil for smolder
Step-step making Easy Whosaynas Fish Cutlets Recipes

Boil all in quarter cup of water on low flame till done and dry. Mashed potatoes and shreded fish put in a bowl.
Additional:
Mix this with fish and potato mixture then shape in cutlets. Beat three eggs add little salt and chilli powder. Dip each cutlet in beaten egg and shallow fry, put three or four at a time till golden brown colour.
Serve with mint and coconut chutney.
