  1. 1/2 cup white or green peas (before soaking)
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. 3 teaspoon 3-4 tablespoon oil
  4. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  5. Pinch asafoetida
  6. 2-3 cloves
  7. 1-2 small pieces of cinnamon
  8. 2 green chillies
  9. 1 chopped onion
  10. 1 chopped tomato
  11. 5-6 garlic cloves
  12. to taste Salt
  13. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  14. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  15. 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
  16. Other ingredients: –
  17. Pani puris as required
  18. Date tamarind chutney as required
  19. Mint coriander chutney as required
  20. Chopped onion as required
  21. Chopped tomato as required
  22. Sev as required

Step-step making Easy Mutter masala puri Recipes

  1. Soak white peas or green peas (dry) in water for 4-5 several hours and then cook in pressure stove till 2-3 whistles.

  2. Throughout a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, cloves and cinnamon pieces. As soon as mustard seeds crackles add asafoetida, garlic oil cloves, green chillies and chopped red onion. Saute for sometimes. Add chopped tomato and saute until tomato softens. Permit the mixture cool down and subsequently grind in mixer grinder and produce smooth paste.

  3. In some sort of pan heat oil. Add prepared composite and saute for sometimes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. Mix well. Add cut peas and mashed boiled potato. combination well. Add salt to taste. Put enough water if required. Cook to get 4-5 minutes or till get wanted consistency. Ragda is ready.

  4. Assembling: – in a plate set 5-6 crushed Pani puris. Pour well prepared peas ragada over it. Apply time frame tamarind chutney and mint coriander chutney. Spread chopped onion and tomato. Range sev and enjoy.
