  5. 6-7 Cashew Nuts, or peanuts broken straight into pieces
  6. 1/3 cup Deep Yogurt (curd)
  7. 1 cup Water
  8. 2 tablespoons carefully chopped Coriander Leaves
  9. 1 teaspoon Eno Fruit Salt
  10. 2 tablespoons Oil
  11. 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
  12. to taste Salt

Step-step making Easy Ragi Idli Recipes

  1. Take rawa and curd in the bowl. Mix well
    Add small water if it’s very thick
    Let the mix sit fr 15 minutes as rawa will swell upward

  2. Grease the Idli dishes and keep water in the steamer to make it ready

  3. Now prepare the tempering
    Take oil in a small skillet add mustard seeds
    When these people crackle add urad daal
    Whenever it browns add broken cashews or peanuts

    Add water if needed

  4. Now add this tempering to the batter plus give a nice mix
    Add salt, blk pepper and curry results in to it Add little water in case needed

  5. Add eno simply before pouring batter to the dishes fr steaming

    After 10 minutes check with a skewer
    Take out if idlies are done
