In small thali add finely cut and wash methi leaves, add one tbsp besan, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tsp oil, turmeric powder, crimson chilli powder, green chillies ginger substance, sugar and salt to taste combine all and roll into small circular balls. Deep fry in hot essential oil. Keep aside. Boiled peas and maintain aside.
