  1. 1 lb lean ground beef
  2. 1 onion, diced
  3. 2 Tbsp ginger root, minced
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 2 cups bok choy, diced
  6. 1 red bell pepper, diced
  7. 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  8. bibb lettuce (can substitute boston lettuce)

Step-step making Moo Shu Beef Lettuce Wraps

  1. Coat large skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium-high heat

  2. Add beef, onion, ginger and garlic to skillet. Cook, breaking up meat, until beef is browned.

  3. Add bok choy, pepper and soy sauce. Cook, stirring, until bok choy is wilted, ~3-5 minutes.
