  1. 1 medium size diced onion
  2. you medium carrot grated
  3. you large size grated eliminato
  4. 1/2 cup barley (jo)
  5. 1 tbsp washed together with soaked rice
  6. 250 gram chicken
  7. 2 cup hen stock
  8. 1/2 tsp dark-colored pepper powder
  9. 1 tsp red chilli flakes for sprinkle
  10. half of litre milk
  11. 2 tbsp nicely chopped spring red onion green part (optional)
  12. Sodium as per taste
  13. a couple of tbsp olive oil for serving
  14. you tbsp chopped fresh corriender
  15. Lemon wedges
  16. 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley or perhaps correinder

Step-step making Easy Soup e jo (cream of barley soup) Recipes

  1. First nicely washed and cover the lid and soaked the barley for 6 to 8 hours

  2. Bring 1/2 litre water to boil, add chopped onion and chicken pieces in this and cook

  3. Now add soaked barley and rice and add cook for 10 to 15 minutes

  4. Shreded the carrot and potato

  5. Now add in cooking pot, and mix and cook

  6. When carrot and potato 3/4 done, take out the chicken pieces, shredded this

  7. Now add shredded chicken, chicken stock and salt and mix

  8. Add black pepper powder, chopped spring onion and mix on low flame. Other side boil milk in other sauce pan
