The ingredients Easy Whosaynas Tava Naan Recipes

  1. a few cups Maida (All purpose flour)
  2. to flavor Salt
  3. one tsp Yeast
  4. 1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
  5. 1 green chilli (chopped)
  6. 2 tbsp Essential oil
  7. as needed Yogurt mixed with Water (for binding)
  8. 1 tsp Sesame (for sprinkling)

Step-step making Easy Whosaynas Tava Naan Recipes

  1. Mix flour, yeast, salt, green chillies and coriander leaves. Add oil and mix well, then bind with yogurt mixture to soft dough.
    Rest the dough for 2 hours, spray oil on dough and mix well then make pingpong balls, roll as rotis, sprinkle sesame and press it by rolling. Roast each on tava apply ghee or butter

    NB: if you keep thick rotis it will be more thicker cause of yeast
