The ingredients for making Easy Bread Bowls Recipes

  1. 2 0.25 cups water (130F)
  2. 2 1/2 Tbsp active yeast
  3. 1/2 cup melted butter
  4. 2 Tbsp sugar
  5. three or more tsp salt
  6. 6 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Step-step making Bread Bowls

  1. In a large bowl add just one cup warm water, 1 tbsp sugars and sprinkle in yeast. Set apart to proof or get foamy, regarding 10 minutes.

  2. Pour into stand mixer, increase melted butter, remaining sugar and salt and mix until combined. Gradually increase flour. Knead with your mixer or even by hand for about 5 mins until dough is smooth and elastic.

  3. Spot in a large greased bowl. Protect, place in oven with light upon and allow to rise until doubled, (about 45 minutes)

  4. After first rise, impact dough down and form into six equal sized balls. Place dough golf balls on a greased cookie sheet in addition to lightly cover with plastic wrap. Make rise once more for about over 20 minutes.

  5. Preheat oven to 425F and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until gold brown

  6. Allow to cool and then lower out the top.

  7. Using your hands, push the dough inside the ball solidly to the bottom and sides.

  8. Fill having you favorite stew or chili (we used my homemade chicken stew)

  9. Serve quickly
