  1. 1 cup old fashioned oats
  2. 1/2 cup almond meal (can use ground flaxseed)
  3. 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (can use any nut butter)
  4. 1/2 cup raisins (could use dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs)
  5. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (can use any nut or shredded coconut)
  6. 2 tbsp. 2 tsp. honey
  7. 2 tbsp. 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
  8. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  9. pinch sea salt

Step-step making Oatmeal Raisin Energy Bites

  1. Mix everything together in a medium mixing bowl, adding the sticky sweeteners in last. Mix with a wooden spoon until everything is blended.

  2. Cover and refridgerate for in least 30 minutes.

  3. Remove the oat mix from fridge and roll into balls (about 1 tbsp. of mix each).

  4. Store in a container in the fridge or freeze to have them last longer.
