  1. 10-12 d Popped Popcorn (un-popped 3/4 c)
  2. 2 c Dark brown Sugar
  3. 1 c Butter
  4. 1/2 c Corn Thick syrup
  5. 1/2 tsp Salt
  6. 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  7. one tsp Vanilla
  8. 1 d Nuts (Optional)

Step-step making Easy Carmel Corn Recipes

  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees.

  2. In saucepan, combine brown sweets, butter, and corn syrup.

  3. Over medium heat, bring to skin boil. Let boil 5 minutes without stimulating.

  4. Remove from heat together with stir in baking soda, salt, together with vanilla. The mixture will get lighter weight brown and foamy. If using crazy, add to the mixture.

  5. Pour over popcorn and mix very well.

  6. Bake on buttered candy bar sheet(s) for 1 hour, stirring just about every 15 minutes.

  7. Note: Following popping popcorn, make sure there happen to be no un-popped kernels.
