  1. Rough chop your vegetables and your own fresh chicken. Rinse your chicken. Make your flour mixture and coat your own chicken well.

  2. Simmer your vegetables and herbal products in a dash of olive essential oil and a good dash of chicken breast broth until just slightly translucent
