  2. 3-4 tsp rice flour
  3. 2 tsp semolina

  6. For masala aloo

  9. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  10. 5-6 curry leave
  11. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  14. 2 tsp coriander powder
  15. to taste Salt

  1. Grind the soaked moong daal with minimum use of water

  2. Take it out in a bowl
    Add semolina and rice flour

  3. Beat nicely with a big spoon or hand

  4. Add cumin seeds
