2 tsp semolina

4 boiled potatoes

1 tsp mustard seeds

5-6 curry leave

1 green chilli finely chopped

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

2 tsp coriander powder

Grind the soaked moong daal with minimum use of water

Take it out in a bowl
Add semolina and rice flour -
Beat nicely with a big spoon or hand

Add cumin seeds
Salt and chilli -
Let it rest for 5-10 minutes
Keep a pan or tawa on the flame

Chopped onions, curry leaves green chilli etc
Sauté for a while -

Add slightly mashed potatoes -
Mix well
Protect it so that everything gets integrated well -
Masala aloo will be ready
Stuff them in cheelas -
Serve hot
