  1. 1 glass Okara(byproduct of Tofu making)
  2. 1 tablespoon Hijiki(Dried dark brown algae)
  3. 1 tablespoon dry shredded Kombu (kelp)
  4. 1 carrot
  5. 100 g minced pork or chicken
  6. 2-3 pieces green onion
  7. 1 egg
  8. 1 tablespoon Dashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)

  1. Soak dried Hijiki plus Kombu in water for thirty minutes

  2. This is usually shredded Kombu

  3. Shred carrot

  4. Chop natural onion

  5. Put egg plus Dashi powder

  6. Blend with hand well

  7. Make 4cm round shape, plus fry well with sesame essential oil

  8. Toast the dumplings both side brown.

  9. Garnish red ginger to flavor.
