4 onions peeled and thinely cut lengthwise

1 tsp sodium

1/2 cup finely cut fresh fenugreek leaves (methi)

4 tbsp red chilli powder

.25 cup gram flour

two tbsp rice flour

one tbsp white corn flour

as needed Oil to get frying

In mixing bowl slice onions lengthwise with slicer. Mix salt and keep aside for 10 mins.

Add chopped fresh fenugreek leaves, red chilli powder.

Add besan, rice flour or corn flour.. mix well. (No need to add water.. as we added salt in sliced onions.. which release water)

Immediately drop little- little pakora batter in hot oil with fork. Deep fry on medium flame till golden brown and crispy. Similarly prepared all Kanda-Methi pakoras from remaining batter.

Serve/Relish Hot Kanda-Methi Cripsy Pakoras with green coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
