  1. 400 gr paneer
  2. 2 capsicums
  3. for Paneer Tikka marination:
  4. 1/2 Cup Dangled Curd
  5. 1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  6. 2 Tsp Purple Chilli Powder
  7. 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala Powder
  8. 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  9. 1/4 Teaspoon Black Salt
  10. 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  11. 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
  12. 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  13. To be able to Taste Salt
  14. 1 Tbsp Mustard Oil
  15. 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  16. 2 Tbsp Kasuri Methi

Step-step making Easy Paneer tikka Recipes

  1. Cutting Veggies:
    Cut paneer directly into 1-inch cubes, set aside.

  2. Slice the ends off your capsicums, then deseed and dice them directly into 1-inch quarters. Set Aside.

  3. Pull out each layer, and a person will have the onion petals. Established aside.

  4. For Making Dressing:
    In a bowl mixing dish add the hung curd, red chilli powder, chaat masala, black salt, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic herb paste, and mustard oil.

  5. Mix well to combine.

  6. Add the kasuri methi, lemon juices and mix well again.

  7. Add paneer cubes, onion petals in addition to diced capsicum to it.

  8. Toss the paneer and veggies lightly until coated well.

  9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate. A person can marinate it for up in order to 1-2 hours.

  10. Preheat a new grill for high heat.

  11. Lightly oil the grill.

  12. Thread paneer, onions, capsicum alternating on the skewers and discard marinade. (If using wooden skewers, then soak all of them into the water for at minimum 2 hours. )
