  12. 6 green chili – chopped
  13. 10 bird eye chili
  14. 100 gm onions – chopped
  15. 7 garlic – chopped
  16. 3 cm ginger
  17. 3 cm galangal
  18. 1 whole coriander – chopped with the root
  19. 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  20. 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
  21. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  22. 2 teaspoon coriander powder
