The ingredients Easy Paneer Chilli Recipes

  1. Prepare Paneer
  2. 250 grams paneer chopped in cubicles
  3. 4-5 tablespoons plain flour
  4. 4-5 tablespoons corn flour
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Pepper as per taste
  7. 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
  8. 1/2 tsp Red chilli sauce
  9. 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar
  10. Few tablespoons of Water
  11. Sessame Oil for frying and sauteing
  12. 1 teaspoon Chilli substance
  13. 2-3 teaspoon Garlic substance
  14. 1 teaspoon Ginger substance
  15. 3 tablespoons onions cut
  16. 3 tablespoons capsicum cubed
  17. 2 tablespoons cabbage shreds
  18. 1/2 cube maggi vegies nugget
  19. 2 tablespoon dark brown onion paste
  20. 2 teaspoon Soya sauce
  21. Chilli spices as per taste
  22. 2 teaspoon Tomato ketchup
  23. Sodium as per taste
  24. 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  25. 2 tsp plain flour
  26. Few spoons of Chopped green onions for garnish

Step-step making Easy Paneer Chilli Recipes

  1. Chop all veggies and paneer in addition to keep ready.

  2. Crush 1/2 nugget of maggi masala and mix in some drinking water and keep it ready too. Smolder one sliced onion and blend this into a paste by adding several water.

  3. Mix all the ingredients mentioned inside the first section except paneer. Increase water only as required. Make a new thick batter.

  4. Coat paneer pieces well directly into the batter and deep fry directly into the medium hot oil. I experience also prepared some mushroom chilli together with same batter.

  5. You may also add reddish food colour to make them appear like street style paneer chilli. I actually like to avoid colour though.

  6. Heat oil in a baking pan. Add chilli, garlic, ginger paste in addition to onion.

  7. Add capsicum, cabbage and saute good

  8. Include soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, brown onion paste, maggi masala, sodium and pepper and mix.

  9. Prepare a slurry by mixing plain flour in number of teaspoons of water and add in order to the above mixture. Cook for number of minutes.

  10. Add the fried paneer to the particular liquid mixture and mix well in order to coat. Switch off flame. Cover baking pan with lid for few minutes.

  11. Sprinkle several green onions on top and combine. Use some for garnishing.

  12. Use very very good quality paneer for soft Paneer chilli. Other they tend to become rubbery and chewy.
