  1. Preheat the oven on 180. Add melted butter to the biscuit crumbs and mix until it resembles wet sand.

  2. Spoon this mix into the paperliners in the muffin pan. Press it down firmly with the back of a spoon. Bake it for about 4 to 5 minutes and allow to cool.

  3. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar with vanilla and lemon juice. Whisk 2 eggs into this and mix well.
