  1. a couple of cups maida

  1. Take 100ml warm milk add 1tsp sugar to it. Stir till glucose is dissolved. Then add dry fungus to it. Stir and keep besides for 15 mins… it will come to be foamy

  2. Take a huge bowl and add maida, powdered glucose, nigella seeds, salt and yeast whole milk to it. Mix well till you get a soft dough. (if you want u can also add additional warm milk to it to help to make it soft) Then add 2 tbsp butter. Knead the dough like you make bread.. In forward push and pull movement.   3. Once again add 2 tbsp of butter and knead well again.

  4. Help to make a smooth big ball and deal with and let it rest for approximately 3-4 hrs in a warm location.

  5. After 4 hrs the particular dough will become soft and cozy and double in size. punch the particular dough again and place on cooking tray. Apply milk wash to this. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds and fruit and nuts of your selection. Let it rest for another .5 an hour.

  6. Preheat cooker at 180°c. Place the tray together with the dough in the oven. Make for 30mins.

  7. Tasty bakarkhani is ready. Brush butter on leading. Cut into pieces and serve

  8. Please note: 30mins is the particular baking time… preparation time is about 5 hrs
