The ingredients Easy Stromboli Recipes

  1. 1. a few cups All purpose flour/maida
  2. 3/4 tsp instant Fungus
  3. 1 tsp Sugar
  4. .5 cup lukewarm Water
  5. just one tsp Salt
  6. 2 tbsp Olive oil
  7. 1/2 glass crumbled Paneer/Cottage Cheese
  8. .5 cup finely chopped greens (cherry Tomatoes, bell pepper, capsicum etc)
  9. 1/3 cup Pizza spices
  10. 50 g sliced mozzarella cheese
  11. 1/3 cup or even more shredded cheddar cheese
  12. 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (optional)
  13. just one tsp flax seed (optional)
  14. 1 tbsp dried Parsley
  15. 1 beaten egg or even 3 tbsp Olive oil for clean

Step-step making Easy Stromboli Recipes

  1. In a bowl, add Flour. Make 3 wells in flour, add salt, sugar and yeast. mix

  2. Add oil and water. knead smooth dough

  3. Transfer dough to greased bowl. cover and rest for 2 hours in warm place

  4. In a bowl, mix paneer and veggies

  5. Add pizza sauce and mix well

  6. Gently deflate dough and fold

  7. Roll the dough in rectangular shape

  8. Place mozzarella cheese towards one side leaving gap towards edges

  9. Add paneer mixture on top of cheese

  10. Add cheddar cheese on top of veggies

  11. Gently roll the dough to form a log

  12. Seal edges from all sides

  13. Place on baking tray and make equal slits halfway through dough

  14. Give egg or oil wash

  15. Sprinkle sesame and flax seeds – optional step

  16. Bake for 20-22 minutes in preheated oven at 180 deg until golden brown

  17. Sprinkle parsley on top

  18. Cut and serve warm
